
Personal Summary
Geraldine completed her LL.B degree in 2013 at the University of Johannesburg. She served her articles and worked at a labour law firm form 2014 – 2017. She briefly worked in the field of civil litigation from 2018 to 2019. She then took on a role as an HR Consultant on 2019.
She has experience in a variety of labour matters such as chairing disciplinary hearings, retrenchments, performance management/hearings and grievance hearings.
Geraldine has represented many clients at the CCMA in both conciliations and arbitrations in various matters such as unfair dismissals, unfair labour practices, unfair retrenchments and in limine proceedings.
